This is my favourite morning go to smoothie and I also love that I can put all the ingredients in the cup the night before (except ice and protein powder) and blend it in the morning for a quick and very tasty breakfast.
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 or 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Add chia seeds and protein powder to coconut milk and stir. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
